Classic water skiing on two skis behind the speedboat, across a calm lagoon. If you've skied before, you'll be up in no time; if not, it takes a few tries.
$45 per person. You pay in person on the day, by cash, card or bank transfer. Nothing is paid online.

Crouch with your knees bent and arms straight, ski tips up out of the water, and let the boat pull you up. Don't try to stand too early or pull on the rope.
